Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Due to the hygienic nature of cloth diapers, we do not accept returns once items have been used or washed. Returns may be accepted on unused items at our discretion.
Any manufacturer defects that may occur on our products within the first 30 days of use may also request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags.
Preorder Items:
Preorder items are made or ordered specifically based on customer demand. Because of this, cancellations or refunds are only permitted prior to the start of production. Once production has begun, all preorder sales are considered final and are not eligible for cancellation or refund. After delivery, preorder items follow our standard return policy outlined above.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless there was an issue with your order. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
